I went through different sources to understand licensing model of Solution Manager for Enterprise Support Customers for handling Non-SAP Components which are not related to any Business Processes that runs SAP Components, Please clarify on the following queries
Query Regarding Licensing in Solution Manager 7.1
Function : IT Service Management
- Comprehensive understanding of its License Model
- Example Scenario: Creating an incident, problem or Change Request ticket for a non-SAP Component (eg: Antivirus Server) that is not part of any SAP related business process. Please let us know how is the costing incurred here.
Function: Infrastructure Management
- Comprehensive understanding of its License Model
- Can we perform a POC Setup for the same, does it need any temporary licensing
