error in f110 log - Cannot process message, no route from to

Hi All,

while doing payment run, payment document get successfully posted but we are getting below message in log

Cannot process message, no route from  to

Advice note for pymt 1001 2000000008 will be printed; dispatch via e-mail not poss.

we are getting same message when we are trying to open spool in t code SP01.

Please suggest.
