Operations and Activity Types Values

Hi gurus,

Anybody can help with the tables / fields that  i need to link to get:

Material - Master Recipe [Recipe Group] and Counter Group [Recipe] - Base Quantity [into master recipe] - Activity Type 01 to 06 and its values in hours for each one of them?

please help about this
