Modified business view, how to save for report?

Hello.

I have a 2008 Crystal report built on a business view that needs to change.  I modified the business view using the business view manger, and it now contains the business elements I need.  The report still sees the elements from the old business view, however.  How do I get the changes I made in the business view manager to appear in the report?
