Changing status of incident administratively

Hi everyone,

 

I have a little problem with Solman incydent management. I had some issues with one user and its business partner, so I deleted this user and created new one, and the new business partner. Unfortunately, that user has some open requests, which i have to close somehow. I tried doing this with trx CRMD_ORDER_BP, but it still shows me yellow warning, that "The document could not be saved, CRM_ORDER037", regardless what Im trying to change in form.

How can I close those incidents? Or delete them, if its not possible to change its state.

 

Maybe is there a way to assign other user to existing business partner? If yes, I can simply create user, connect it with this "orphan" BP, log in and change ticket state.
