My client wants to deduct Provident Fund Contribution on Salary Package instead of Basic + HCA for specific employee group.
For example : we have below wagetypes as one pay scale structure.
9SPA | Salary Package |
9SAL | Salary-1 |
9BIC | Basic Salary |
9HCE | High Cost Allowance |
9TRN | Transportation Allw |
9CEA | Sp.Child Education |
8MVH | Meal Voucher |
9BUT | Business Attier |
9MDE | Medical Expense |
9CAR | Veh.Rep.&Mnt.for Ca |
9BNP | Book & Periodical |
9MPA | Mediclaim Premium |
9TEL | Telephone Expense |
8LTA | LTA |
9FPC | Prepaid Food Vouche |
9HRA | House Rent Allowanc |
in our current process, PF deduction is happening on Basic Salary (9BIC) + HCA (9HCE) for all employees. 9SAL =9BIC +9HCE +9HRA
where 9BIC = 60% of 9SAL,
9HCE =30 % of 9SAL,
9HRA = 10 % of 9SAL.
Now the requirement is to deduct PF on Salary Package (9SPA) on specific employee group.
Any expert help will be highly appreciated.
