Collections Worlist does not populate Last Payment date in cases when last payment is made through Credit Card using Biller Direct

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue wherein the Collections Worklist (UDM_SUPERVISOR) does not populate "Last Payment Date" when the payments are made through Credit Card or Manual ACH using Biller Direct.

The Last payment date shows in AR as well as in the table "FDM_COLL_LASTPAY", however it is not getting updated in the table "UDM_WL_ITEM".

Any insights as to why this might be happening and how could this be fixed, would be appreciated!
