Sales Activities - Batch Recall

Dear All,

I am facing an issue in Batch Recall, Please suggest what to be done.

In VC01N_M, i am able to track list of customers who had received defective batch.

1. But in partners tab i am unable to get those customers partner function automatically due to which user has to provide it manually and that is time consuming. ( anyway's if it has to make a manual entry, should i change in-completion log due to my below 3rd point and system is allowing only one SP)

2. Even user provide it manually, while user try to send mail to those customers user has to provide mail id's manually. Is there any way out that system will pick the mail id from customer master.

3. With reference to VC01N_M, when i try to do follow up activity with VC01N system is not taking the manually given partner function in the previous document. Again here user has to give partner function manually
