Issue with MM_EKKO and MM_MATBEL

Hi expert,

We have upgraded our SAP from ECC 6 EHP0 to ECC6  EHP7.

On EHP0 i was able to archive purchasing document using MM_EKKO object.

But after upgradation i am not able to archive same documents in EHP7(sandbox).

The error which i m getting after pre-processing job is-->

User has no authorization for plant 1201

We had not faced this error on EHP0(sandbox).

And for MM_MATBEL its not at all creating the spool.

so what could be the issue,need your assistance.
