Hi,
I am facing an issue in Special purpose ledger summarization. We are using special
purpose ledger 'SL' and we have not selected "summarize" check box
(further settings - field name GCOMPRESS). Now our customer is asking to
activate summarize check box and want to summarize line items in actual line
items table. We have kept two fields in coding block those are functional area
and trading partner. As per my understanding summarization will be based on
coding block fields. Now my issue is without selecting summarize check box
document line items are getting summarized in totals table based on coding
block fields. So what extra benefits/features would get by activating summarize
check box?. Is it possible to summarize line items table by activate summary check
box?
Appreciate if anybody comment or suggest with appropriate information.
