Can we create Invoice Plan using BAPI_PO_CREATE1

Hi,

I need to create a invoice plan. Can we do it using BAPI_PO_CREATE1. When I am trying to create invoice plan using this BAPI header details are updated but plan is not updated.

If not BAPI what is the other method to do it.
