Messages not available for monitoring in both stacks

Hi All,

Recently the PI system was upgraded to PI 7.40. Now in Production environment, i am unable to see the processed message log for the past dates,. i.e processed messages from the previous day alone is being reflected. To resolve this, we increased the retention period to 30 days. But still the same issue is being faced.

Please suggest.
