Error Install SAP EHP4 ECC6.0 IBMi

Hi Gurus,

We are performing an Instalation SAP EHP4 ECC 6.0 System from V7r1 host using,

In phase 3/21 - Install common system files, the following error is displayed.

Error message happened o  Command CRTR3SYS SID(sid) GLOBALHOST(*LOCAL) NUCUC(*NO) failed : 65024, more details attached file.

Using Software Provisioning Manager SWPM SP06.
