Issue with SAP IDM User Interface

Hello Experts,

I am using  IDM 7.2 SP8 and have some issues with the User Interface.

I read in a blog in SCN regarding the approval mechanism which shows a very good UI for approval. It has the option for delegation as well.

But I do not find these options in our IDM UI. We are using Netwearver 7.3

Also, once the privilege assignmet is approved/rejected, there is no history of rejections/approval or failure. In few of the forum discussion screens I

saw that IDM does provides those features but I am unable to get them.
