Stock exists even after issued to cost center

Dear Users,

I have to activate batch management at Material master, so i have closed all open PO's and maintained stock zero by issueing it to cost center. But while activating batch management at material master it displaying error as stock exists, even i maintained stock zero and i checked in MMBE transaction too it shows stock zero. Please provide me a solution.
