Loan process change in ESS & MSS

Dear Team,

My client is using ESS & MSS for loan approval purpose. Firstly employees raise the request then it goes to departmental HOD. After approval from HOD it goes to head HR. Again approval from HR it goes to MD for approval purpose. After approval from MD, automatic mail goes to head HR.

Now the client wants that final approval is head HR i.e. final process stop at head HR.
