I am trying to maintain serial numbers for a returns delivery for a customer, but when entering the serial numbers the system returns an error message:
"System status ECUS is active (ECU 30535351). Check the status of the serial number 1234567".
We have shipped these serial numbers (for serial number profile managed material) to the customer in the past and now we are simply trying to return it.
Pls advice on why we get the error message and also if you have any idea on how to progress with the return.
